What is Glorious Future Foundation?

Glorious Future Foundation (GFF) is a registered non-governmental organization based in Buwonzi Ssanga Ward, Nansana Municipality, Wakiso District, Uganda. We are dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities through education, food assistance, youth empowerment, and elderly care programs. Founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic and officially registered in 2023 (INDR176057010NB, permit 00807).

What programs does GFF run?

We run four core programs:

  • Education & Child Development: School fees, learning materials, mentorship, and holistic child care
  • Food & Nutrition Assistance: Monthly food packages, community feeding, and household essentials
  • Youth & Community Empowerment: Skills training, health/hygiene education, and community engagement
  • Elderly & Community Care: Shelter improvement, basic care provisions, and social support

How can I sponsor a child?

Child sponsorship provides education, daily necessities, and ongoing care for a vulnerable child. Contact us to express your interest, and we will match you with a child who needs your support. Visit our Sponsor a Child page for more details.

How can I volunteer?

We welcome volunteers in areas such as community outreach, education support, media, elderly care visits, skills training, and administrative support. Fill out our volunteer application form or visit our Volunteer page to learn more.

Where does GFF operate?

We are headquartered in Buwonzi Ssanga Ward, Nansana Municipality, Wakiso District, Uganda. Our programs primarily serve communities in the Wakiso District and surrounding areas, with plans to expand to other regions of Uganda.

Is GFF a registered organization?

Yes. Glorious Future Foundation is a legally registered NGO in Uganda with registration number INDR176057010NB and operational permit number 00807, issued in 2023. We operate under full compliance with Ugandan law.

How does GFF ensure accountability?

We maintain strict financial accountability through budgeting, record-keeping, and audits. Our programs are designed based on community needs and monitored through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
