Our Vision
We believe that “people are the most important resource” in any society. As such, our vision is to strongly empower the spiritual and physical livelihood of vulnerable children and orphans by providing education, care, love and support — for the glory of God.
Our Mission
To bring and restore hope to vulnerable individuals, especially those who have lost their caregivers and lack support, by delivering cutting-edge interventions that create opportunities for livelihood improvement.
Every day, we work alongside local churches and communities, responding to immediate needs while building the spiritual and practical foundations for long-term transformation.
Our Goal
To improve orphans’ and other vulnerable children’s welfare by enabling them to get food, clothing, education, basic health services, psychosocial support and vocational skills — so that, with time, they are able to take care of themselves.
We further empower rural community people in various areas affecting humanity. We do all this for the purpose that all people may come to know Christ.
Our Core Values
Everything we do is rooted in seven core values that shape our culture, guide our decisions, and define our commitment to the communities we serve.
We believe that God is the Almighty who gives the go-ahead in everything. As such, God has to be put across in all things that the Glorious Future Foundation engages in.
We commit to having unconditional positive regard towards beneficiaries — understanding their perspectives, circumstances and feelings; creating common ground with stakeholders; welcoming diverse perspectives; and being open to collaborative solutions.
We stand and commit to demonstrate enthusiasm and dedication in everything we do, and to stand up for what our members and target groups believe in.
We commit to do everything with excellence and ensure great quality — to be organised in work while inspiring others to excel in their activities and reach the optimum levels of their potential.
We commit to use our financial resources and assets prudently to improve our service to the people and communities we serve, accept our responsibility and hold ourselves fully accountable for our actions.
God made all people equal; our organisation is committed to a development process that promotes equality. We commit to treat and serve everybody equally irrespective of gender, religion, political affiliation, age or area of origin.
We commit to ensure that our members and staff act with integrity and adhere to the highest standards of personal behaviour and good ethics — honest and true to oneself and others, authentic and consistent in behaviour, action and words.
Our Approach
Our approach to community service is built on six foundational pillars that ensure our programs are effective, sustainable, and deeply rooted in the communities we serve.
Working directly within communities, identifying needs, and delivering support where it is most needed.
Addressing the physical, educational, emotional, and social needs of beneficiaries for comprehensive support.
Grounded in compassion and spiritual values, serving all individuals regardless of background or belief.
Focusing on long-term solutions that build community capacity and resilience, not just immediate relief.
Working alongside organizations, donors, and local stakeholders to amplify impact and extend reach.
Maintaining strong governance, financial stewardship, and open communication with all stakeholders.
